From automatic data to the calculation engine with AI agents, to the CFO who analyses and approves, to decisions on cash planning, EBITDA, DSCR and margin

You are deciding in the dark.

It happens even with management software that works and a good accountant.

  1. Late financial statements

It arrives in May, and talks about a year that is already over.

  2. The bank asks, you don’t have it

The bank wants a plan and your cash position for the coming months. You have last year’s financial statements.

  3. Blind margins

You know how much you invoiced. You don’t know how much you earned, on which client, on which product.

  4. Gut-feel decisions

You hire, invest, offer a discount. Without knowing what it costs you.

It is not an accounting problem. It is a management problem.

What deciding in the dark costs you.

Without adequate structures, in a crisis creditors can claim the company’s debts from those who run it.

What the law says

Whoever runs a company must give it adequate organisational, administrative and accounting structures, meaning the organisation and controls needed to spot difficulties in time (article 2086 of the Italian Civil Code).

If they do not, and the company cannot pay, they are liable to creditors with their own assets (article 2476 for S.r.l.). The damage is presumed equal to the equity lost from the moment the company should have been stopped (article 2486).

Proof of damage is always required, it is not automatic. The amount shown is an order of magnitude based on your bank debt, not an estimate of the damage.

Estimates on your numbers, not a diagnosis. Collection days: sector medians across 18,656 Italian SMEs with revenue from 4 to 40 million, 2025 financial statements, source AIDA. Cost of idle cash: Bank of Italy rate on new loans to businesses up to 1 million, August 2026. Margin and spread: prudent Finance Partners assumptions.

Aura is the platform your CFO uses to read your numbers.
What you see here has already been checked by them.

Your CFO’s dashboard on a laptop, with the company health score, four indicators, the EBITDA bridge and adequate structures

Four of the many things you find in the dashboard.

  1. FP-ScoreA 0 to 100 score of your company’s health, based on 29 checks in six areas. It tells you where to act.
  2. Four indicatorsGrowth, margins, liquidity and debt. All under control, at a glance.
  3. EBITDA bridgeEBITDA is the margin left before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation. The bridge shows you why it changed, item by item.
  4. Adequate structuresThe organisation and controls needed to spot difficulties in time, which Italian law requires of every company (article 2086 of the Civil Code). See what is missing and what to do.

Data from a fictional company. The dashboard also includes the 13-week cash forecast, collections and payments customer by customer, comparison with your sector, reports and documents. The real dashboard is your CFO’s working tool.

AI analyses the numbers. Your CFO interprets them and helps you decide. See how they work in our Method.

Your CFO has a devil’s advocate.

Before a reading reaches you, Irene, one of your CFO’s AI agents, tries to take it apart. She looks for the weak assumption, the figure that does not add up, the worst case. If the reading holds, your CFO sends it to you. If it does not, they redo it.

Adequate organisational, administrative and accounting structures are built before financial strain sets in. Afterwards, room for manoeuvre has already narrowed.
