Your data stays yours. And it stays in Europe.

Your CFO works on your company’s numbers every day. Here you will find, without jargon, where those numbers are held, who can see them, what artificial intelligence does and what it is not allowed to do.

In Europe, kept separate.

Your company’s data is stored on servers in the European Union, in a space kept separate from every other client’s. Each company sees only its own data.

  • European architectureServers and artificial intelligence models in the European Union, under European data protection rules.
  • A separate space for each companyComplete isolation between clients. Each one sees only its own data.
  • Daily backupsAutomatic daily backup, kept for at least 90 days.
  • Data protected in transit and at restEncrypted connections and encrypted storage with the infrastructure provider.

You, your CFO, and no one else.

Role-based access

You see only your company. Your CFO sees the companies they look after. Finance Partners’ management sees the whole picture, for quality control.

Verified identities

Two-step verification at sign-in. CFOs sign in with the company’s Microsoft identity, on the company’s registered devices.

Every change leaves a trail

Who changed what, when and from what previous value. Manual corrections stay separate from calculated figures.

What the AI does. And what it is not allowed to do.

What it does

  • Reads and classifiesRecognises documents, maps entries to the chart of accounts, flags anything it cannot classify.
  • Compares and explainsSets the numbers against past results and the sector, and writes them up in plain language.
  • Prepares, does not decideProduces drafts and proposals for the CFO. Nothing reaches you without the CFO’s review and approval.

What it does not do

  • Does not touch the calculationsThe indicators are calculated by a deterministic engine, with written, verifiable rules. The AI has no access to the formula.
  • Does not train on your dataThe language models run on a European architecture and never use your data to train the models. What they read serves only your CFO and stays yours.
  • Does not answer at randomWhen it talks to you, it stays within the reports the CFO has approved.

Data protection and responsible use of AI.

Finance Partners is the data controller for the data you entrust to us. The suppliers who handle it are appointed as processors under a written agreement. The artificial intelligence we use is a tool of the CFO, under human supervision, and makes no decisions on anyone’s behalf.

  • Personal data protectionPrivacy notice, a legal basis for every processing activity, agreements with suppliers, rights you can exercise by writing to [email protected]. Read the privacy notice.
  • European regulation on artificial intelligenceHuman oversight of every output, transparency on where AI is involved, no automated decisions concerning people.
  • Professional confidentialityThe CFO is contractually bound to confidentiality. No client case is used in public except in anonymised form and with your consent.
  • End of the relationshipWhen the contract ends you receive an export of your data and can ask for it to be deleted.
